Work at Home Mom

I thought this would be an interesting site to review.  I had always wondered where people get those huge, massive entry gates.  You know the kind that you see in the movies, or in Hollywood (if you have ever been) that block us regular people from the glitterati?  I had always considered those some of the best home security options out there.  Access Control (a company out of Texas) has all kinds of brands at reasonable wholesale prices.

Access Control has many different home security options by many different vendors.  The three top brands they carry are Apollo, Viking Access, and US Automatic.  Apollo has commercial, light commercial, and residential gate openers.  Viking Access also has commercial and residential options.  US Automatic has some cool residential and commercial options – they even have a couple that operate on solar energy!

Access control has lots of different products.  They feature gate controllers, intercom systems, motion sensors, and much more.  You will still have to consult a local professional for installation, but I imagine the prices will still save you lots of money – if you are lucky enough to be in the market for one of these bad boys!  I wish I were!

The Direct Sales Pages, a handy down-loadable directory of the top direct sales businesses around the country, is accepting new advertisers for a limited time. The ad spots ARE limited per direct sales company, so that is why I am giving you a quick heads up.

They will open the doors to advertisers on April 1, 2008 at 12:00 pm Eastern time. Doors will close on April 30! There is a limited time to secure your spot once the doors open. And because the ad spots are limited, some company spots will fill up fast.

So, take a minute and check out the site at:

Then mark your calendar for April 1 at 12:00 pm Eastern to secure your spot!

Is Network Marketing For You?

Making the decision to leave the corporate world and the traditional brick and mortar work place is a major step in anyone’s life.  When you start your own home business you take on the sole responsibility for your personal income.  You are the boss but you are also the work force.  There are no limits but there will be challenges.

Currently home base business generates over $20 billion in the US alone with approximately 8 million people working from home.  According to Mark and Renee Yarnell in their book Your First Year In Network Marketing, network marketing is the path to wealth in a home business.  They estimate that “95% of those who survive 10 years in network marketing become wealthy beyond their wildest expectations.” Becoming a successful marketer, which can lead to such rewards, is not merely a process of just signing up. Sadly, many quit in their first year.

Working from home is a business decision that can literally change your life if you are prepared to do “what ever it takes” to make it in such an industry.

The beauty of network marketing is that although you are in business for yourself you are never in business by yourself. The mentoring systems set in place by all successful network marketing companies ensures that everyone is supported throughout the training process and during the life of their business.

It’s important to understand that it is up to the individual to take responsibility for their own training and skill levels, not their mentor. The faster you train yourself and achieve the necessary skills the faster the growth of your business.  It’s not based on luck but rather what you work for.

Before you make a decision to start a home business there are personal qualities that you will want to develop and nurture within yourself in order to achieve the extraordinary levels of success that networking offers.

THE OUTSOURCING ADVANTAGE

Outsourcing has become the buzzword of the day with more and more professionals leaning towards it as a helping tool. The concept wedged its foot in the door as a cost-cutting measure, but it's increasingly viewed as a strategic planning and business outcomes tool. More and more professionals are offloading data entry and other time-intensive work to virtual assistants spread across the globe. Outsourcing such activities frees up this precious time that could be used for other core business analysis. Individuals are increasingly leaning towards outsourcing to boost their own productivity as well as to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Outsourcing particularly helps stay at home moms who are bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and have thousands of tasks to handle. They can outsource their daily basic online tasks and devote more time on more specialized projects thus saving valuable time for their work and family. Alternatively outsourcing provides an excellent platform to find jobs, matching one’s requirements and gives one the flexibility to fix up work hours to one’s suitability. There are many such moms who have to take care of their family and children, but would also love to earn some money and work for a few hours to ward off the boredom of their daily schedule of household chores. With outsourcing becoming a fad in the present age, it is quite easy to find a virtual assistant who helps her with daily chores or other repetitive tasks, so that she can focus on providing critical attention to family or generating new and exciting projects. Once the draining tasks are taken care of, it adds a spring to one’s step and gives one revived energy and zest to sustain many a challenge that comes her way. When one is passionate enough to see her dreams come true, it is a cakewalk to manage both family and work. We just need to delegate efficiently and who knows one day you may manage your own business spanning countries from the very comfort of your own home. We need to start by looking around for opportunities that enable us to assign responsibilities to helpers spread across the world. You can look up sites on the internet that provide excellent resources for home based working moms to get a head start in outsourcing monotonous daily chores. Virtual Assistants (VA) from different corners of the world will work round the clock for you and deliver the assignments in due time

My experience allows me to attest to how outsourcing has benefited me. I had been working as an overseas education consultant but had to quit working as the long hours were keeping me from maintaining a proper family life. I was looking for opportunities, with a baby in tow when I hit upon OutSorcerer.com. I work flexible hours with them as a virtual assistant on a variety of interesting assignments with a supportive and collaborative relationship with clients. The flexibility of my work grants me enough free time to look after my wonderful family as well and live up to the expectations of friends, family and clients. You can also do the same by freeing up time by outsourcing and spending more time and brainpower on matters that are of a more significant nature to you. I have seen the outsourcing magic change the lives of both my colleagues and clients

Thus you can get on to a fine start as you start outsourcing, the magic starts working and in no time you will experience a better and more productive utilization of your day. So have faith in yourself and come out of the shell you have been in for so long, thinking you cannot manage family and work together. And Voila!!, you also might have your most cherished dream unfolding before your very eyes any day. For a detailed idea on what delegating to virtual assistants can mean in your life, www.outsorcerer.com is just a click away. You can also opt for a free 3 hour trial run of VA services from this portal and who knows you might want to keep them around forever!!
